Forever Bloom ships to every address in New Zealand via tracked courier. We take great care in packaging each order so it arrives exactly as intended.

A flat-rate shipping fee applies to most orders and is calculated at checkout based on size and destination. Free shipping is offered on orders over $150 NZD. Funeral homes, memorial parks and florists on wholesale accounts receive negotiated freight rates.
We're based in Mount Maunganui, New Zealand, but we're happy to ship worldwide. International orders are quoted individually based on destination and package size — please get in touch via our Contact page or select international delivery in your custom order request, and we'll confirm shipping cost and timeframe before you order.
Every order is carefully wrapped and boxed to protect delicate petals in transit, and arrives with a Forever Bloom care card. Gift orders can include a handwritten card at no extra cost — simply add your message at checkout.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't received tracking within our stated processing window, please contact us and we'll follow it up right away.
We're happy to ship directly to a cemetery office or memorial park on your behalf where this is permitted by the site — please note this in your order or contact us in advance to confirm delivery arrangements.
